A Moment to Breathe

Hello,

Just a little note to let you know that ill be taking a little break to recharge, spend some time with my family and enjoy a bit of sunshine. If you place an order through my website while im away, dont worry - ill carefully package and send all skincare orders as soon as im back. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.

Its funny how often I remind my clients about the importance of slowing down, managing stress and taking time for themselves... yet I'm not always very good at following my own advice! So, I'm practising what i preach. Rest isn't about doing nothing - its about giving ourselves permission to pause, reset and come back feeling refreshed. Whether that's a holiday, a walk in nature, reading a good book or simply enjoying some peace. I hope you can find a little time to do the same this summer. Ill be back before you know it and looking forward to welcoming you into the treatment room again.

When i return, ill also be putting the finishing touches to an exciting new treatment, launching in August. I cant wait to share more over the coming weeks - its designed to help you relax, restore & feel more uplifted.
